A good protein intake is important to my health and general fitness wellbeing. I am 73 years old. I participate in 3 intensive 24 minutes cardio sessions per week and 2 60 minute sessions of performance resistance training per week. I also run at least three times a week covering 25+km per week. I also plan my food intake to have a reliant protein intake each day.
