Lotus Gluten Flour in leaking containers

I ordered three 500gm bags of Lotus Gluten flour at the website which arrived a few days later in a small box. When I opened the box, and removed the bags, there was some loose gluten flour in the box. When I examined the bags, two of them had small holes from which gluten is puffed out of when the bag is handled. One tiny hole is at the top of one bag, which I have sealed with tape. It is above the re-sealing strip so will not be a problem. The other is at the bottom of the second bag in a fold. Alot was leaking so I emptied this bag into a jar. This is first time I have ever come across this kind of problem. It would be a disaster if I was running a health food shop, as many people are alergig to the dust in things they eat. I now understand why many do not stock glutonn flour.
